Our Mission
At Issak Disability Care Services, our mission is to build a trusted, inclusive and sustainable disability services organisation that enables people living with disabilities to experience greater independence, choice, safety, connection and meaningful participation within their communities.
We intend to achieve this by delivering high-quality, person-centred supports, investing in a capable and culturally diverse workforce, building strong partnerships across metropolitan and regional Victoria, and continuously improving our services through participant feedback and evidence-informed practice.
